More About Personal Savings
The monthly service fee ($5.00) can be avoided if one of the following conditions are met:
- Monthly electronic transfers of at least $10 from your Bank of Texas personal checking account
- $250 minimum average collected balance for the month
- Link to Premier Checking account. (Accounts are not automatically linked. Please notify your banker which accounts should be linked.)
Generally, and subject to the exceptions and conditions in this paragraph, withdrawals may be made in person at a banking center, or via ATM, Online and Mobile Access transfer or Bill Pay transactions, pre-authorized or automatic recurring payments, telephone through ExpressBank, wire transfer, personal check or mail.
Youth Savings is a great introduction to saving for youngsters, and comes with no monthly fee. The primary owner must be under the age of 18, and the account must be co-owned by a parent or guardian.
