When you choose to go paperless, you could receive your bank statement a few days earlier, and maybe even save a few bucks while you’re at it. Online Statements lets you easily view, print or download statements for all of your checking, savings, money market and loan accounts, including copies of your check images (even for closed accounts). And you'll have access to statements as soon as they're ready — no more waiting on mail delivery.

Why Go Paperless?

For your banking statements, go paperless! Online Statements are just like your paper statements, but online and available when you need them. With online statements, you can easily view, print or download statements for all of your checking, savings, money market and loan accounts, including copies of your check images (even for closed accounts). We'll even organize and store up to seven years of your statements for you. You'll have access to statements as soon as they're ready — no more waiting on mail delivery.
You can access your statements online or on your mobile device. This way, you can check your statements quickly and easily. Plus, you'll receive an alert every month letting you know it's ready — usually earlier than you would receive a paper statement in the mail.

Enrolling Is Easy

Turning off paper statements will take only moments of your time and can be done in a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account through Online Access or our mobile app.
  2. Go to Statements and Tax Forms (under the main menu in Online Access, or under “More” in our mobile app).
  3. Select Manage Statement Preferences.
  4. Toggle your account to Online Only.

Online Statement FAQs

An Online Statement is an electronic, PDF version of your account statement. It contains the same account information as paper statements. It is delivered through Online and Mobile Access instead of through the U.S. mail.
Online Statements are available for checking, savings, money market, personal loans, personal lines of credit, business loans and business lines of credit.
You can access up to seven years of statements in online access and the mobile app. For all closed accounts, you can access checking, savings, money markets for up to 12 months after your account closure dates; and access loans and lines of credit, mortgage online statements tax documents for 13 months following your payoff date.
After enrolling, you will receive one more paper statement and then your paper statements will be turned off. You can manage your statement delivery preferences at any time in Online and Mobile Access. Select Statements & Tax Forms from the main menu, choose Manage Statement Preferences, and use the slider to change the delivery method for each account statement.

There is no charge to receive Online Statements.
We will send an email to the primary email address you have on file when a new statement becomes available. If you’re a Mobile Access user and have push notifications enabled, we’ll also send a push notification to your mobile device.
You can access up to seven years of statements in online access and the mobile app. For all closed accounts, you can access checking, savings, money markets for up to 12 months after your account closure dates; and access loans and lines of credit, mortgage online statements tax documents for 13 months following your payoff date.

To obtain a copy of a statement for an account that has been closed or paid off longer than these timeframes or for inactive relationships, please visit one of our banking center locations or contact ExpressBank. A fee may apply for copies of past statements.
Yes, copies of 1098, 1099 and 5498 year-end tax forms are available on the Statements and Tax Forms page in Online or Mobile Access.
